Eggs Up Grill Opens in O-Town West Offering Eggscellent Hospitality

Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept, has opened its newest location in Orlando, offering guests the most important meal of the day.

Conveniently located at 11020 Daryl Carter Parkway, near Dr. Phillips and Bay Hill in the O-Town West area, this marks the second of three Eggs Up Grill restaurants owned by franchise partners Geoff Giordano and Kate Rozen. The couple also operates another location in Apopka, Fla., situated at 502 S. Hunt Club Blvd., near the Hunt Club Publix.

Before venturing into the restaurant business, Giordano spent 13 years with Marriott International, while Rozen brings 25 years of marketing and branding experience to their family-owned venture. The couple is passionate about engaging with their community and creating a family-friendly atmosphere that also inspires their young children.

“Opening the Apopka Eggs Up Grill has brought us immense joy by creating a space where the community can come together over great food,” says Rozen. “We’re thrilled to bring that same warm and welcoming experience to a new neighborhood. We invite everyone to join us for the best breakfast, brunch, and lunch in town.”

The new 2,500-square-foot Orlando restaurant features indoor seating for 105 guests and outdoor seating for 20, offering a light, bright, and cheerful atmosphere that makes diners feel right at home. Guests can enjoy their meals seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with options for dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering, and delivery.

In addition to its full menu available from open to close, Eggs Up Grill serves popular items like the Founder’s Recipe corned beef hash, made-to-order omelets, buttery grilled blueberry muffins, and an array of lunch selections, including burgers, melts, and salads. Guests can also indulge in a Bloody Mary or mimosa with their meal, or take advantage of the restaurant’s $4 Mimosa Mondays.

Eggs Up Grill offers catering for events big and small, featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy, and muffins, as well as salads and sandwiches for lunch events.

With locations across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, and soon Ohio, Eggs Up Grill is rapidly expanding its footprint. Known for its friendly service, delicious food, and exceptional value, the brand is on track to become the largest franchised, full-service breakfast concept in the U.S., with over 100 locations planned or in development.

At Eggs Up Grill, it’s all about neighbors serving neighbors. The franchisees are excited to continue supporting their local community, including initiatives for military veterans, and welcome partnership inquiries from local organizations.
