Bar Rescue's Jon Taffer Brings Taffer's Tavern to Orlando

Exciting news for Orlando food enthusiasts: Taffer’s Tavern, the full-service restaurant and bar concept by Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer, is opening on International Drive this winter! This marks the chain’s very first Florida location, set to debut at 9101 International Drive in Pointe Orlando.

Founded in 2020 by Taffer, the restaurant has quickly gained a reputation for its signature drinks, exceptional customer service, and warm, inviting ambiance. Visitors can expect a menu that combines elevated comfort food with tavern classics. Highlights include the all-American cheeseburger, lobster roll, salmon cakes, and braised short rib, alongside a variety of starters and small plates.

Jon Taffer, best known for his work on Paramount Network’s reality series Bar Rescue, brings his extensive business and restaurant expertise to every Taffer’s Tavern location. Since its debut in 2011, Bar Rescue has been a staple for viewers interested in the dramatic turnaround of struggling bars and nightclubs, now in its ninth season.

Beyond his television success, Taffer has also lent his consulting expertise to prominent brands such as the NFL Network, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Hyatt Hotels, further solidifying his influence in the hospitality industry.

The first Taffer’s Tavern opened its doors in Atlanta in October 2020. Since then, additional locations have been established in Alpharetta, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. Looking ahead, the chain plans to expand further with new spots in Gainesville, Las Vegas, and Savannah, Georgia.
