Kimpton Hotels Expands to Orlando: A New Chapter in Luxury Hospitality

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' rapidly expanding luxury and lifestyle portfolio, has announced an exciting new partnership with JMA Ventures and Machete Group to bring the boutique luxury brand to Orlando for the first time. This landmark collaboration marks a significant milestone, as it positions the new Kimpton hotel at the heart of Westcourt's innovative mixed-use sports and entertainment development, located adjacent to the Kia Center arena in downtown Orlando.

The new 261-room, 11-story Kimpton hotel promises to be a dynamic addition to Orlando's vibrant atmosphere. Designed to offer a blend of luxury and comfort, the hotel will feature over 16,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, allowing for customizable event options to create memorable experiences for every guest. In addition, the hotel will boast a full-service restaurant, a chic lobby bar, a cozy cafe, and a stylish pool bar and lounge, providing guests with numerous social spaces to unwind and connect.

True to the Kimpton brand, the new Orlando location will include signature perks such as the Kimpton Kickstart morning coffee and tea service, the nightly Kimpton Social hour, the "Forgot It? We've Got It!" program for essential items, in-room yoga mats, and a welcoming pet-friendly policy.

Westcourt, situated on an eight-acre site bounded by Church Street, Division Avenue, Central Boulevard, and Hughey Avenue, is designed to be a premier destination in downtown Orlando. The development will integrate 265 top-tier multifamily rental units atop the Kimpton hotel and will feature up to 300,000 square feet of office space, 120,000 square feet of retail offerings focused on best-in-class dining and entertainment, and a 3,500-capacity live event venue. Guests at the new Kimpton Orlando will also enjoy 1.5 acres of outdoor common areas, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine.
